About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of the Ramanji Handlooms website and to orders placed with us.
Products and Descriptions
We describe each saree as accurately as we can, listing colour, fabric, silk type, zari, border, pallu, motif, dimensions and approximate weight. Because these are handwoven silk sarees, small variations in weave, motif placement and finish are a normal characteristic of handloom work rather than a defect.
Colour Accuracy
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device. If exact colour matters for your occasion, message us on WhatsApp and we can share additional photographs or a short video of the actual saree.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each product page and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one we confirm with you on WhatsApp at the time of ordering. Shipping is quoted separately.
How Orders Are Placed
This website does not process online payments. You add sarees to your cart and send the order to us on WhatsApp; we then confirm availability, shipping and payment arrangements with you directly. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it.
Availability
Stock can change between your enquiry and our confirmation, particularly for single-piece handloom sarees. If a saree becomes unavailable, we will tell you and suggest alternatives, or where the design permits, discuss reweaving.
Reweaving Requests
Reweaving of a sold-out design is subject to yarn availability, loom capacity and feasibility. A reweaving request is not a confirmed order until we have agreed price and timeline with you.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separately agreed minimum order quantities, pricing and terms.
Wholesale MOQ and terms to be confirmed. The minimum order quantity and standard wholesale terms have not yet been finalised for publication. Contact us on WhatsApp for the terms applicable to your enquiry.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation

Intellectual Property
The Ramanji Handlooms name, logo, product photographs and website content belong to Ramanji Handlooms and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
